When contacting IT Support about issues with your Parent Portal Account or Registration, please ensure to include your full name along with the name(s) of the children you have attending school. All IT Support requests should be emailed to ITSupport@bedfordschool.org.uk your request will then be placed in a priority based queue and we will endeavour to resolve your issue within 5 working days.

Register with Activation Letter

This option should only be used if you have received a letter from the school which clearly provides both an Authorisation Number and Password.

If you have not received a letter for registering on the Parent Portal please contact the school.
 
If you have forgotten your password for the Parent Portal please use the link above to reset it. Simply provide the email address you used when you registered your account. An email will be sent to that address giving details on how you can reset your password.

If you have forgotten your email address then you will need to contact the school directly.
