A Virtual Tour
We warmly invite you to take a virtual tour of Bedford School with the Head Master, James Hodgson. It is a wonderful opportunity to see the school, hear from the Head Master, and learn about the school’s rich history and exciting future.
Small Group Tours
We are delighted to announce that we will be holding a series of small group tours in the spring to enable families to come and meet us and see the school in person. Our small group tours will run on the following afternoons in April and May.
- Saturday 24 April 2021
- Saturday 8 May 2021
- Saturday 15 May 2021
- Saturday 22 May 2021
(If you are unable to attend on one of these dates, we invite you and your family to join us for a private visit (see below)).
Each small group tour is limited to a maximum of five families to make sure that boys, staff and visiting families stay safe*. During your visit, which has been carefully timed for the quietest period in the school week, you will have the opportunity to meet with the Head Master, James Hodgson, or Prep Headmaster, Ian Silk, as well as senior members of staff, along with subject specialist teachers and our Admissions Team. You will also enjoy a tour of either the Upper School or Prep School giving you the opportunity to meet several of our boys as well.
*Group sizes and tour itineraries may be adjusted to comply with government guidelines and in order to protect the safety of our school community and our visitors.
Each small group tour will last two hours, and will include:
- A welcome and introduction from our Admissions Team.
- A tour of the school.
- The opportunity to meet the Head Master or Prep Headmaster and senior members of staff, who will be on hand to answer any queries you may have and provide you with a greater insight into life at Bedford School.
