Self-Expression & The Art of Making a Powerful First Impression: A practical workshop to support OBs entering the job market, by Jonathan Hooley, OB: Thursday 4th January, 2024. 

Making a powerful first impression is about presence, confidence and expressing authenticity; after 25 years working as an actor, teacher and coach, I have discovered the techniques to staying calm, confident and clear-headed even when the stakes are at their highest. 

In this 90minute, practical workshop, which is free to OBs entering the jobs market for the first time, I will explain how to craft the raw material of your lived experience into an authentic, memorable story that conveys who you are, what you believe in, and why you are the right man for the job.  You will learn how to write a CV that stands out from the pile, then express your true self with self-belief and purpose in the interview.
