School and OB Club Reception – Henley Royal Regatta

We are thrilled to invite you to a drinks reception at Henley Royal Regatta on Tuesday 2nd July.   It is always a brilliant occasion, with everyone enjoying a lively, informal drink before many head to the Stewards’ Enclosure to cheer on the school.  

The reception, which brings together OBs, parents (past and present) and friends of the school is free of charge and will again take place from 11am - 12.30pm in Butler's Field (precise location tbc).  Please note that timings may change if the boys are scheduled to row at this time.

If you would like to attend the Reception, or purchase passes for the Stewards' enclosure via the Head Master's membership, please complete this form listing the names of all those attending the Reception.  If you are also purchasing passes for the Stewards' Enclosure please state the names of those you are purchasing the passes for (wherever possible). 

Once you have completed the form we will arrange for you to receive an email from Henley Royal Regatta which will allow you to order your passes via their website from Monday 15th April.  This will enable them to send the passes either directly to you, or you will be able to arrange to collect them on the day.  Please note that the email from Henley Royal Regatta may take a few days to come through after you have completed the request form and you can only make one complete booking through the link provided.  If you require additional passes, please complete the form again, providing an alternative email address as they will only send a link to an email address once.
