OB Club Wellbeing Week – Building Long-Lasting Habits for Health and Fitness (Free Event)

This year, we will be holding our first ever OB Club Wellbeing Week (for the BSA community) to help promote an overall awareness for the wide-ranging aspects of wellbeing from physical, to mental and social. To reflect this, we will be running a range of events throughout the week.

During the pandemic, it has been more important than ever to keep ourselves fit and healthy.  However, this has been a huge challenge for many of us as we struggle to find ways just to get through the day. 

Toby Lynes (07-12), through his online coaching company, TobiasLifestyle, has been helping people do just that by enabling them to change their habits so that they can become fitter and more motivated.  Join Toby as he talks about the psychology behind his programme, and how these tips and tricks can be used in every day life.  Even if you aren’t looking to make massive changes, Toby will help us to make small changes to lead a happier and healthier lifestyle.
