There are numerous events throughout the school year to which past parents are very welcome. These include:
- Pre-match Rugby Lunches which are held in the Autumn term when the school play matches at home
- OB Club Drinks Reception at Henley Regatta in the Summer Term
- A number of school concerts and theatre productions

Thursday 5th October – Gilbert Lloyd Lecture: ‘Christopher Wren: The Quest for Knowledge’ by Simon Carter – Simon Carter is Head of Collections at St Paul’s Cathedral. This talk explores the life and work of one of Britain’s most accomplished polymaths.
Thursday 9th November – London Networking and Socialising Drinks – All our Past Parents are invited to our next event, which will be held at The Hydrant, in London. Come along and connect with others in a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere.
Sunday 12th November – Remembrance Chapel Service and Wreath Ceremony – Please join us for the Chapel Service at the school, followed by the Wreath Ceremony which takes place outside the Memorial Hall. Refreshments and coffee will be served afterwards, for those who attend.
Monday 13th November – A Path of Powerful Love – Choral Music by Nicholas Hopton for Movember
Thursday 16th November – Gilbert Lloyd Lecture: ‘In Every Hedge and Hollow Tree’: Thomas Gainsborough, Rootstock of Turner & Constable by Dr James Hamilton – Dr James Hamilton will discuss his research and books on the topics of Gainsborough, Turner, and Constable.
