Our Y6 boys enjoyed a fun activity day with their counterparts from Bedford Girls’ School, completing various team-building activities to both reaffirm and create new connections.

The Y6 pupils spent half the day at Bedford Prep and half at Bedford Girls’ School, undertaking fun activities designed to encourage collaboration, strategic thinking and good communication.

The ingenious activities included Lego Chinese Whispers (pupils had to ask questions to guess what had been built and then replicate it), a drawing challenge (each pupil creating just one part of a larger team drawing) and team ‘Keepy Uppy’ (which increased in complexity, requiring increasingly excellent teamwork to be successful).

As ever, the fun day of collaboration between the two schools proved hugely successful, fuelling much laughter and many animated conversations as friendships flourished.
