Boys in our Y3 and Y4 Choir were in fine voice this week in their mini but mighty musical: Seven Moments in Time. The boys promised to take audiences “back. . . back to the beginning of time”, and they certainly did!
Their enjoyable, light-hearted musical, written by David Williams, one of our Visiting Music Teachers, took us on an entertaining romp through history, starting with the Big Bang and finishing in the present. Carried along by the brilliant narration, acting and singing of the boys, we met the last dinosaur (a real highlight for our Y3 and Y4 audience), explored Stonehenge, visited Sosigenes to learn about the modern-day calendar and came face to face with a very recognisable pendulum clock. Even Einstein appeared to explain his theory of relativity!
Huge congratulations must go to all the boys on their superb performances.
