It has been a brilliant start to the rugby season, with Prep boys of all ages enjoying running out for training and fixtures. There have been some great results too, with notable wins against schools such as The Dragon and Oakham School.
This week our youngest boys in Y3 enjoyed a friendly mini tournament against Stamford and Witham Hall. It proved an excellent opportunity for the boys to test their skills in what is, for many, a new sport and, of course, enjoy the highlight of fixtures for many boys, a match tea. This week it was sausage, beans and chips – always a winner!
With loads more fixtures to come not only in rugby but across a myriad of sports, there is plenty to look forward to in the term and year ahead.
