It has been a wonderfully busy and, in many cases, successful week for our rugby teams, with 31 fixtures since Wednesday against Bedford Modern School, Bishop’s Stortford College, Stamford, The Beacon School and Bedford Greenacre School, not to mention the Stamford Festival for boys in Y3 – and there are even more fixtures on Saturday against Warwick School and Spratton Hall.
It has been, quite literally, a ‘sport for all’ week, with every year group enjoying the opportunity to represent the school in rugby. It is always wonderful to see so many boys running out, from A teams to E teams, giving boys, whatever their level of ability, the opportunity to participate and benefit from all the sport offers.
