The Prep School’s House Singing Competition provided, yet again, an exciting and wonderful way to wrap up the first half of the Spring term.

The boys, always superb at singing, as anyone who attends weekly assemblies will tell you, were in superb voice in the Great Hall on Friday 10 February.

This year, it was the turn of Mr Michael Stevenson, Director of Music at the Choir School for King’s College, Cambridge, to pick the winners; and it proved a very difficult job indeed!

In the Unison Song, Bunyan and Howard were crowned joint winners, and Whitbread were victorious in the Part Song and took home the Overall Shield (for the second year in a row).  Mr Stevenson praised all the boys and told them that in his opinion they were all winners! We agree!
