The festive spirit was in the air as OBs and guests gathered for a delicious OB Club Christmas lunch at The Snooty Tavern on Sunday 12th December. Situated on the Bedfordshire / Cambridgeshire border, this fantastic gastropub is run by Michelin-star-trained head chef, Nick Marriott (92-02), who has hosted our popular Christmas lunches since 2018.
Upon arrival, guests enjoyed catching up over a pre-lunch champagne reception in the bar. Club President, Professor Martin Snaith (53-63), thanked everyone for their presence and ongoing support before giving grace. It was wonderful to see the room filled with lively conversation and laughter. With great company and delicious food, a fantastic time was had by all.
