45 boys from Y5 experienced an exciting sleepover at London’s Science Museum on Saturday 6 / Sunday 7 February.
On arrival, boys were shown to their extraordinary bedroom for the night: the museum Space Gallery. They then enjoyed an out of this world programme of activities, including science shows and interactive workshops, on the theme of space before bedding down for the night in their sleeping bags ready for the morning’s activities.
The following morning – after an early start (6 am!) – they viewed the night sky in an inflatable planetarium and saw a movie in the impressive iMAX cinema. A brilliant and unforgettable trip for all!
