While their teachers may have been busy in a day of teacher training on Tuesday 23 April, a group of our Prep boys were enjoying a day of training themselves at the hallowed grounds of Lord’s Cricket Club.
After setting off early and in high spirits, the boys enjoyed a full day of pre-season training, including net practices and technical sessions in the Lord’s Indoor Cricket Centre, an indoor match, a tour of the grounds and a trip to the shop for a chance to buy souvenirs to remember their experience at the home of cricket.
It was a wonderful day chock-full of cricket in a truly inspirational setting.
