Our lucky Y3 boys were the first year group to head out to our beautiful nature reserve at Ickwell for a fun day in the great outdoors this year.
Their adventurous day included den building, minibeast hunts and plenty of team games all wrapped up with tasty marshmallow s’mores, hot chocolate and songs around the campfire.
Throughout the day, the fun activities helped the boys to bond further with their tutors and classmates. Through the team-building activities, the boys visibly grew in self-confidence and, most importantly, there were smiles and laughter all round.
Over the course of the coming days and weeks, all year groups will enjoy fun-filled sessions at Ickwell.
