Many thanks to Ann Collins (Staff 96-99 and 02-05), for hosting a truly thought-provoking coaching webinar. Ann, who works with leaders to help them realise their “impossible” goals,  gave us a little peek into the world of leadership coaching with a one-hour interactive webinar.  With five key strategies, she walked us through how to start building on our personal strengths and resources we already have and how to shift our thinking to break through our own glass ceilings in order to become the next best version of ourselves.  The exercises were designed to encourage deep individual reflection and open discussion.  We finished by identifying actions that would actually make the difference!  Less is definitely more!

“As a busy HR professional, mother and wife [to an OB], I needed to find time to reflect and consider my own ‘life-career goals’. Ann enabled me to take timeout, reflect and assess on what really matters to me without being ‘pushy’ in her coaching approach. I felt I could open up to her straight away. At the end of the session I felt rejuvenated, motivated and ready to focus on my ‘life-work priorities’ again with even greater clarity and vigour. Thank you to Ann and the OB Club for hosting such a great session! I can thoroughly recommend it!”

“It was such a fabulous event that just went far too quickly and a real pleasure to run a webinar for the OB community on a subject that I know can really make a difference!  Knowing how to maximise our own resources and take courageous steps forward is nothing short of life-changing!  I so enjoyed seeing some familiar faces and connecting with some new OBs too – I’d like to thank them for coming along and for participating so actively.”
