We were thrilled to welcome pupils from Pilgrims Pre Prep School and their families to the school on Wednesday for the first-ever football fixture between the schools.
The friendly competition between Pilgrims and our Y3 boys proved great fun, and it was a joy to watch both teams playing with determination, camaraderie and enjoyment.
While Bedford Prep may have won the fixture – their extra year of experience proving beneficial – the morning was primarily about fostering a sense of togetherness and enjoying a fun morning of sport.
Many boys also enjoyed catching up with and spending time with old school friends from their days at Pilgrims.
The boys are already looking forward to the next sports fixture – anyone for tennis?
