Thursday 25 November proved a very special night for our Prep School musicians: their first big concert with a live audience since the pandemic began. . . and what a special night it was!
The assembled audience enjoyed everything from Green Onions from our Prep Rock Group to The James Bond Theme from our Wind Power! musicians to A little Mozart performed by the Junior Choir to the finale: Mars from The Planets by Holst from the Prep School Orchestra. It was a magical, musical roller coaster ride with a fitting sprinkle of Christmas.
Our congratulations go to all 14 ensembles, choirs and orchestras who performed so brilliantly. Thank you also to all the boys’ music teachers and families who support them every step of the way.
While the concert may have been a long time coming, it was certainly worth the wait!
