Maths was on the menu for eight Remove Form boys when they took part in the Advanced Mathematics Support Programme’s Maths Feast 2023, at Shenley Brook End School on Monday 13 March.
The mathematically minded boys formed two teams of four to compete in the popular and fun educational challenge, which tests mathematical problem-solving and teamwork skills.
There were several rounds requiring different skills and strategies for success, and the boys responded well to the challenge. There were 14 teams in total and the boys represented themselves and the school impeccably. It was a very close competition, and they were pleased to win one of the rounds outright. The event was held in good spirit and, although it was skewed more towards maths than feast, the doughnut break was a big hit all round!
