We waved goodbye to our Y4 boys on Wednesday 6 June as they set off on an incredible three-day PGL adventure. To say that they were a bit excited would be an understatement as they leapt into the adventure with great enthusiasm and confidence.
Since they arrived they have been climbing, orienteering, rafting and quad biking. They have enjoyed sing-songs around the campfire, early morning football matches and the great outdoors in general.
It has been wonderful seeing them have so much fun on their adventures but also growing in confidence, learning new skills and working together as teams to succeed.
We expect that they will arrive home today tired, and probably a little grubby, but full of tales about their experiences and with memories that will last a long time.
