We are delighted to share news of a second new 3D Printing Club, which founding pupil, Daniel Lushchay, was on hand and very keen to tell us more about.

Inspired by content he saw online showcasing the design process, fun ideas and problem-solving solutions, Daniel became hooked by the 3D printing bug. Since then, he has been enthusiastically 3D printing (even creating models to help his French revision), which has proved a wonderful outlet for his creativity.

Daniel was also keen to share his passion for 3D printing and growing skills with others. Hence the new club was born. Today, you will find a dedicated group of boys busy designing away, adapting existing online designs or creating their own using modelling software such as Tinkercad each week.

However, Daniel has only just begun and has bigger plans; he loves to solve problems and is excited by the opportunities 3D printing offers. He also hopes to run a 3D printing competition that all boys in the Prep School can enter, with what else but 3D printed trophies for the winners!
