From London and the M1 Motorway
Leave the M1 at junction 14 and join the A428 which leads to the edge of town.
From the North - Wellingborough and the A6
Enter the town along the A6, turning left into Roff Avenue at the roundabout with Tavistock Street and Union Street.
From the East - Cambridge and the A1
Turn off the A1 onto the A421, later joining the A428 at the roundabout on the outskirts of Bedford. The A428 runs into Goldington Road, turn right into Polhill Avenue.
Bedford Railway Station offers excellent links into London, with trains every 10 minutes at rush hour and two fast trains every hour. London St Pancras International is just a 35 minute journey.
London’s international airports are also easily accessed by both road and rail from Bedford. Luton is just 42 minutes by road and 15 minutes by rail. London Heathrow is 1 hour 10 minutes by road and 1 hour 40 minutes by rail. Gatwick is 2 hours by both road and rail.
