On Friday 13th May, which sounds rather ominous, the current Upper Sixth Form boys studying ‘A levels’ received a presentation from the Club’s Director, Richard Garrett. Spirits were high as this was the penultimate day before this group of boys left on exam study leave.

As part of the presentation the boys were told how they could engage with the Club and the benefits of being part of this global organisation. It was also highlighted that they were joining at very special time; the 125th Anniversary Year of the official formation of the Club. It is fully appreciated that some will get involved immediately while others will want to move on. The key message was that at whatever age an Old Bedfordian makes contact with the Club they will receive a warm welcome and hopefully quickly feel at home.
