There may have been no snow this week in Bedford, but our intrepid Prep School boys enjoyed plenty of the white stuff on their ski trip to the stunning Zillertal area in the Austrian Tirol over the Christmas break.
During their week-long adventure, beginners mastered new skills while seasoned skiers honed their techniques. Everyone made fantastic progress as they conquered the beautiful slopes along the valley.
It was wonderful to see the boys grow in confidence and skill level in such a challenging yet safe environment, all while enjoying the great company of their friends and instructors.
The fun didn’t stop when the sun went down! Evenings were packed with swimming and waterslide fun, a festive trip to the Innsbruck Christmas Market and some friendly competition at the bowling alley.
A highlight of the trip was the Tirolean Abend (evening), during which the boys tried their hands at log sawing, hammer bashing, ski shuffling, yodelling, and traditional dancing!
