Dr Ian Cross will talk about his work for the NGO, Medecins sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders) in the following geography lecture.

‘Tackling Global Health Problems in Dangerous Places with Medecins sans Frontieres’ will cover the issues faced by non-governmental organisations when dealing with health crises in some of the world’s most dangerous places.

This lecture will be of particular interest to those with an interest in Geography, Medical Ethics and the Biomedical Sciences.

The event is FREE and no booking is required. The lecture is open to all ages, although with the caveat that the lectures will address topics which some may find difficult.
