Felix Thwaite (Y8) and Benjamin Cutts (Y7) started the year by competing in the National School’s Equestrian Association (NSEA) show jumping competition held at Bury Farm Equestrian Centre near Leighton Buzzard on Sunday 15 September.

Felix, riding Cream Cracker, and Benjamin, on Boolagh Mississippi, represented Bedford Prep School, competing at 50cm, 60cm and 70cm between them.

Despite it being a challenging and technical course with a vast field of entrants in each class, the boys took it all in their stride, rode good lines into each jump and flew around the course in style. Both boys and ponies were immaculately attired and turned out, and were a credit to the school.

We look forward to following their progress throughout the year.
