Bedford School Staff (both Music staff and other musical staff) presented a concert of music in aid of Bedford and District Handicapped Riders’ Association (BDHRA) on Wednesday 17 May.
Despite the appalling weather the concert was extremely well supported and raised £410 for the charity. Speaking after the concert, the Chairman of BDHRA, Mike Tyler, commented, “Thank you to the staff and boys of Bedford School. Those of us who braved the weather last week were made most welcome at the school and enjoyed an amazing and varied concert by such talented musicians.”
Each week six of our IB pupils volunteer at BDHRA as part of their CAS service.
