It seems that the sun always shines on our Prep School sports day, and this year was no exception.
The whole Prep School headed down to Bedford Athletics Stadium on Tuesday 2 July for a day of competition and fun.
Always a highlight of the summer term for the boys, sports day never fails to showcase the wonderful talents and sportsmanship of the boys. It was a joy to witness their competitive spirit as they raced and their camaraderie as they supported their housemates.
Thank you also to our wonderful Prep Guild who kindly supplied refreshing and cooling ice lollies – they were very gratefully received and enjoyed by the boys after all their efforts. A new addition for this year was musical entertainment from the boys and Mr Groom, which also went down a treat.
Our congratulations go to all the boys on a great day of athletics, and special congratulations to the boys in Whitbread who were the overall winners.
