Jonathan Pugsley and Monty Pool were the proud winners of this year’s Y3 pumpkin design competition. Their spooktacular designs were truly imaginative and striking.
As a (trick or) treat, Jonathan and Monty’s designs were carved out by our catering team and displayed in the Dining Hall on Tuesday 5 November for all to see. The boys also received £20 in gift vouchers to celebrate their success.
While there was a great deal of excitement for the boys’ pumpkins, ‘Taco Tuesday’ was also causing a stir and making lots of diners very happy. Each term, we offer a different style of street food for the boys to try, and, to the delight of many, this term it is Mexican. We think that Tuesday could be our new favourite lunchtime, and many of the boys agree.
