The achievements of our 2026 leavers continue to impress.
Our 2026 leavers’ results are excellent, with 52% of all qualifications graded A*/A and 79% graded A*/B. These outcomes reflect the hard work, ambition and commitment of our pupils, and have secured progression to an impressive range of courses at leading universities in the UK and around the world.*
The majority of pupils will take up places at Russell Group destinations and in a wide range of disciplines. Among the most popular choices are economics, business and management, law, engineering and medicine, while degree apprenticeships continue to provide an attractive alternative pathway for a growing number of leavers.

The popular university destinations include Nottingham, Birmingham, Newcastle, Exeter, Durham, Kings London, Cambridge, Oxford, Bath, Warwick, UCL and Bristol.
International destinations include prestigious universities such as the University of Toronto, New York University, the University of Arizona, Cumberland University, Montash University and the University of Otago, alongside leading institutions in Hong Kong and Dubai, among others.
In addition, several pupils have secured highly competitive Degree Apprenticeship opportunities with leading employers, while others will take gap years before progressing to their chosen university courses.
