This programme comprises totally original work written and presented by members of the Bedford Poetry Company. The poems celebrate our common past and recall it in all its rich variety of mood. Often poignant, sometimes humorous, and never less than fascinating, these recreations of who we were and who we are, will strike many chords of recognition. This Armistice Sunday presentation will also feature a special tribute to the fallen.

The Bedford Poetry Company consists of local writers who regularly share their work at the monthly Poetry Café at Frescoes Coffee House in Mill Street and the Ouse Muse poetry group that meets in the Old Auction rooms in Duke Street.
