Spring showers may have rained down by on the boys as they wrapped up the final day of term but this did little to dampen their spirits.

For our youngest boys in Y3, an Easter egg hunt added fun and chocolate to the final morning, while our Y8 boys enjoyed the traditional tug of war competition. The tug of war may have been a quieter affair than usual, as only Y8 were out on the playground to cheer on their house teams, but it was none the less spirited.  Congratulations to Whitbread on their win!

The wonderful sense of house spirit and camaraderie continued throughout the morning as cheers rang out from the classrooms as house totals were announced (won, narrowly, by Bunyan), and the latest boys to become Monitors were named, as well as our first Y8 Future Skills Ambassadors, in final assembly.

As ever, the commitment and pride that the boys have for their houses and the support and encouragement that they give their classmates was clearly in evidence. We are so proud of the boys, for the kindness and the support that they give each other.
