Boys enjoy a full and exiting timetable of lessons, activities and sports each week.

Monday to Friday, the school day starts at 8.35am and finishes at 4.10pm.  As boys enter Year 6, they start to attend school on Saturday mornings from 8.40am to 11.40am. This slightly longer week allows them to explore a greater range of opportunities, and helps to prepare them for the transition to the Upper School.

Beyond the timetabled working week, there are a wide range of clubs and activities on offer – with over 70 to choose from, there is something for every boy.

Exeats

Each half term there is one Exeat weekend, which provides both boys and staff with a well-earned break from their busy timetables. On Exeat weekends, school finishes at 4.10pm on Friday for the Prep School and resumes at 8.35am on Monday. Boarders are expected to leave their houses by 6.00pm on Friday and return between 6.00pm and 9.00pm on Sunday.
