The Prep Guild are super-excited to share this year’s gift selection, which is now live at www.prepguildgifts.co.uk Everyone is welcome to browse the gifts ahead of the boys’ allocated sales day in the last week of term. As mentioned last week, the sales days are cashless this year and parents/guardians, we need you to please buy a gift card for your son before the closing date of Saturday 5th December at 1pm. To buy a gift card, go to https://www.prepguildgifts.co.uk/gift-cards and on checkout, you will receive an email with details on how to pay via bank transfer. Thank you for your support with this – we have done it this way so as not to waste our precious funds on payment fees! The Prep Guild will send some reminders throughout the week but appreciate your swift response to avoid any disappointment for your sons on their sale day.
Form Tutors will talk to the boys about how the gift sale works and be with them at the event too. The gift cards will be emailed to the boys for info, but they do not need to print them off. We will have lists available to confirm names and gift card amounts on the day. The aim is to ensure that the process is simple yet enjoyable and to help the boys spend their gift cards fully. We cannot provide refunds on gift cards. All proceeds from this event go towards the Prep Guild’s fundraising projects, which aim to benefit all boys in the Prep School.
The Sales Days are as follows:
Mon 7th December – Year 3 (11.45am-12.15pm) then Year 4 (12.20pm – 1pm)
Tues 8th December – Year 6 (11.40am 12.15pm), then Year 8 (12.20pm – 1pm)
Weds 9th December – Year 5 (11.40am 12.15pm), then Year 7 (12.20pm – 1pm)
GIFT CARDS MUST BE PURCHASED BY SATURDAY 5th DECEMBER 2020 FOR ALL SALE DAYS. Boys cannot bring cash to the sale and cannot buy in person without a gift card. Thank you for your understanding.
All items are sold ready-wrapped and the boys can write the gift tags after they have shopped. Fully online orders can be taken from those who cannot attend the sale on their allocated date and delivered to their Form Tutor. If you have any questions please email email@example.com. Our sincere thanks again for your support in helping us deliver a festive experience for the boys. Hopefully, we’re helping you out a bit too!
