Subject: Upper School Ski Trip (Mr Huddlestone)
Notice: Upper School Ski Trip to Italy – We would like to propose this year’s ski trip in December to Sestriere in the Italian Alps. Could any boys who are interested please collect an application form from the Bell Room, closing date for application is the end of term. If you would like any further information about the trip then please contact Mr. Huddlestone.

Subject: BMAT and TSA Class (Mr Finch)
Notice: On Monday at 4.30pm in K2 there will be the second BMAT/ TSA class. Anyone needing to take either of these university aptitude tests should attend.

Subject: The Benefits of the School Library (Mrs Harrison)
Notice: There is a new display in the library foyer showing all the different ways that the library and library staff can help you with your prep, research projects and tasks.  Come in and see what a difference we can make.

Subject: Christian Union (Jonathan Blake)
Notice: Christian union will be meeting again on Tuesday 19 March at 5.00pm in the GDR. We will be continuing our series on ‘People Jesus met’. All are welcome and refreshments will be provided.

Subject: Supervised games session (Mr Burgess)
Notice: All boys who have a supervised session during games should ensure they arrive at their allocated venue at the specified time and should have something to read, or work to be getting on with, during this time.

Subject: Adrian Boult Society (Jonathan Blake)
Notice: Adrian Boult Society will be meeting this Friday after school for a lecture entitled ‘a life in music’. The speaker will be William Byrne, the accomplished musical theatre soloist, who played Jesus in ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ in the West End. Those studying drama or music at any level are encouraged to come, and pizza will be served.

Subject: House charity run (Susie Spyropoulos)
Notice: This year’s charity run will be on Thursday 28 March, immediately following house relays. This year we have decided that every house will raise money for Cancer Research and for Cardiac Risk in the Young. A letter will go home to parents today with the Just Giving donation pages – please start to collect sponsorship.

Subject: The Investment Society (Oliver Burridge-Dean)
Notice: The Investment Society will be meeting after school today in B1, with a talk from George Sorokin on Cryptocurrency.

Subject: Aviation Society (Marco Ip)
Notice: The Aviation Society will be holding two talks next week on Monday 18 March and Friday 22 March at 4:30pm in A21.

On Monday Mr Barnes from British Airways is coming to our school to share his experience of being an airline captain.  Mr Barnes is an experienced Airline Captain and had a previous career in the RAF.

On Friday Dr. Keylock will be giving a lecture entitled “Why aeronautics is difficult :aerodynamics, combustion and the role of turbulence”.  Dr Keylock is a professor of Fluid Mechanics and currently teaching students at Loughborough University.

Subject: English Society next week (Mr Hopton)
Notice: Next Wednesday Lunchtime, Alex Wegner is leading a talk on Crime and Punishment in R12. All years welcome.  It would be criminal to miss it.

Subject: Debate Society Next week (Mr Hopton)
Notice: Debate Society is in R15 next Friday lunchtime, with the motion “This House supports American Military intervention”. All Years welcome.
