NOTICES, EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND CLINICS

 DEVICE BANK
A group of L6 boys are collecting unused laptops to be donated to refugees in the local area. If you have an old laptop or an old phone (iphone 6 equivalent and above) please could you bring it to the Bell room, either this week or the week after half term.

GEOGRAPHY SOCIETY – Friday 5th November
1:10-1:40pm in the Pavilion.
The inaugural talk of the academic year will take place on Tom Herbert and Gabz Mann will be discussing ‘the human causes of and direct impacts of climate change’. This talk is specifically aimed at those in the 4th, Remove and 5th Form – though all are more than welcome to attend.

POETRY RECITAL – Wednesday 17th November
6.30-7.30pm in the Library
‘Poetry Reading for All’: all boys and staff are also invited to submit a poem that they love and want to read aloud at our evening poetry recital on Wednesday, 17th November, from 6.30 to 7.30pm in the library. Poems to be 30 lines or fewer and titles to be emailed to Ethan Whitlock so he might compile a running order; bring your poem along on the evening and be ready to read.
