Physical activity sessions, which can be done from/at home, will be set for games lessons for the summer term. Boys will be expected to do these in the ‘normal’ games time (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons). The sessions will be age and level appropriate, and therefore suitable for all. They will include:
- Warm up
- Running session – which will build to a house 5k or 10K (depending on level) timed run at the end of half term (if you plan to take part in the house competition, you will need to download and sign into the Strava App and find Bedford School (and your house) in Explore/Clubs and request to join)
- Body weight circuit
- Cool down
