BEDFORD SCHOOL SPACE PROJECT (Mr Everitt)

Thank you to all boys and staff for supporting the launch of the Bedford School Space Project yesterday. The balloon, with its pay-load, was recovered from a farmer’s field just west of Ipswich at around 4pm. An initial check showed that the cameras and instrumentation were all working well and we look forward to sharing with you some of our findings, along with video-footage of our journey to the edge of space.

HOUSE DEBATING (Mr Hopton)

The Junior and Senior House Debating Finals will take place in the Mem Hall at 4.30pm  on Monday 20 November. Ashburnham, Bromham and Paulo are all involved. The motions cover whether or not we should ration the use of electronic mail and what the benefits might be of establishing legally-binding rules for flirting. Boys and staff are encouraged to attend and join in the floor debate. Refreshments will be available.
