Congratulations to Nathan Nolan (Y8) and Oliver Smith (Y7), who were part of the Bedford School U15 golf team and who won the Swifts Schools Strokeplay Tournament at Kilnwick Percy Golf Club, York.
The 36-hole competition spread over two days was an enjoyable event, which allowed boys from Y7 to Y10 (Remove Form) to compete for both team and individual prizes.
Oliver was the overnight leader but could not hold the same form in the second round and was overtaken by teammates Nathan and Rocco Shelton (Remove Form), who went on to win the tournament. Oliver and Nathan played superbly to finish fourth and second, respectively, in the individual competition.

The team event, which comprised the best three scores, was also won by Bedford School.
Congratulations to both boys, along with Rocco Shelton (Y10) and Caelan Standen (Y9), on their superb success and for so brilliantly representing the school.
