This term, boys have been thoroughly enjoying our new Fiesta Friday evenings — a brilliantly fun way to end the week and a gentle introduction to wraparound care (day boarding) and boarding.
Each evening gives boys a joyful “try‑before‑you‑board” experience, packed with activities ranging from Nerf Challenges and Mega Manhunt to Creative Clay Sculptures, followed by dinner in our Dining Hall and either a late pick‑up or an overnight stay.
Designed with families firmly in mind, Fiesta Fridays make exploring boarding feel relaxed, exciting and completely pressure‑free.
These evenings have quickly become a highlight for both day boys and boarders, proving sell-out nights. They offer a wonderful way to build independence in small, supported steps, strengthen friendships across the school, and give boys a real taste of life in our boarding community. And when they’re ready for more, they can take advantage of the flexible boarding options available in Eagle House here in the Prep School and later in the Upper School.
