Many of may be interested to learn that DVP for Florida, John Norris (55-64), has decided to step down after an impressive seven years in the role. A committed Old Bedfordian, John also served as the DVP for Michigan shortly after he moved there in 1995, so we would like to sincerely thank him for all of his hard work over the years and wish him all the best in the future.

We are pleased to announce that the baton has now been passed on to Finn Longinotto (57-62), seen in the photo on the right, who takes it up with great enthusiasm. Finn moved to South Florida a year ago from New York and Washington DC, after a thirty-year career in banking that took him all over the world, having spent the past ten or so years with non-profit organizations. He continues to pursue his varied interests in environmental, humanitarian and peace-building issues, travelling widely, particularly to South East Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, and spends the summer months at his home on the West Coast of Norway.

Based now in Miami Beach he hopes to be able to get together not only with other OBs living on the South East coast of the US, but those who might be visiting Southern Florida, either for a winter break or even stopping off on the way to a cruise!

If you would like to contact Finn please email him on finn.longi@gmail.com or find your nearest DVP here.
