Movember is in full swing, with another week of boys putting their all into various activities.
Movember Curry Night

The week kicked off with the traditional Movember Curry Night where the Bedford School Mo Bros, along with their families, gathered in the café bar for a night of delicious food and community spirit.
Mo Bros Tom, Kona and Edgar kicked off the evening by sharing why Movember is important to them, and providing an update on how the Mo Bros have been raising awareness and funds for this year’s campaign. The catering team prepared a mouth-watering curry, followed by homemade moustache-shaped biscuits (with not a hair in sight!).
Ethan, with some technical help from Mr Tonge, organised a brilliant quiz, complete with a Movember-themed round. The evening also featured a raffle, with prizes generously donated by the school and local community.

Movember Netball and Dodgeball
Bedford Girls’ School Sixth Form hosted a Movember Netball match for both boys and girls. The game was a hit with spectators, who enjoyed the great shooting and provided some very enthusiastic support from the sidelines. Additionally, a dodgeball tournament saw fantastic participation, with excellent outfits and fun times all around.
Running for a Cause
Upper Sixth Former Millan Verwoert braved Storm Bert to run the Milton Keynes 10K Mo Run, showcasing incredible dedication to the cause and raising funds in the process.

Looking Ahead
As the campaign nears its end, there is only a small amount of time left to donate. You can either do this directly here, or have a browse through the items at our Silent Auction – bidding closes at midnight this Saturday – place your bids here.
