Martin Gayford, art critic for The Spectator and the author of acclaimed books on Van Gogh, Constable and Michelangelo, will discuss ‘Modernists & Mavericks’ (The Sunday Times Art Book of the Year 2018) – the subject of his latest book, which traces the development of painting in London from the Second World War to the 1970s.
A book signing will follow the lecture.
