We are very pleased to welcome Anna Steiger to Bedford School as the new Director of Admissions. Anna is excited to be joining us, as she has heard great things about the School and takes up her new role with relish.
Having received a 2:1 in Geography from the University of Manchester, Anna spent a year working at a boarding school in Sydney, Australia before moving into the advertising industry back in the UK. She comes to us from Queenswood School, an independent girls’ boarding and day school in Hertfordshire, where she had been Head of Marketing & Admissions for six years.
Anna lives in a village near to Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire with her husband, James, and their two young children, Isabella and Thomas. She enjoys reading, walking and travelling but spends most of her free time with her family and renovating their house at the moment!

The School’s next Open Morning will take place on 1st October. Our Open Mornings provide a perfect, informal introduction to the school, and include a tour of the School, a talk by the Head Master or Prep Headmaster, as well as the opportunity to meet Housemasters and Heads of Department during refreshments.
