A team of Bedford School boys and staff donned festive Santa suits to take part in the annual Keech Hospice Care 5km Santa Run on Sunday 4 December.
Mr Palmer was the fastest Santa on the course and took the title with Igor Mayorov in third, Harun Cehovic fourth and close behind him Stephan Vargas-Pritchard, Felix Iles and Miss Bell.
In a superb result, every boy from Bedford School finished in the top 50. Mrs Medley chose the walking option this year with her black Labrador called Henry who also enjoyed the walk.
