Congratulations to Finlay Cummings (Fourth Form) and fellow teammates of the Bedford County Team 2, who have just become the Junior Inter Club Champions for 2017. A gross 80 around the Stagsden course got Finlay 35 points and the three boys recorded a team score of 97 stableford points in strong, blustery conditions at the Bedfordshire Golf Club course on Saturday 10 June to win by 4 points. Well done to Finlay and his team mates for winning this prestigious event.
The team go on to represent Bedfordshire at the England Golf Champions of Champions event at Woodhall Spa in August.
