Many of you will have seen our communication in late September that James Crowden sadly passed away on 24th September aged 88. He attended the School from 1941 to 1946. A full obituary for James appeared in the Daily Telegraph here.
We have now been informed that the Memorial Service will take place at 11am on Monday 5th December at Ely Cathedral. All those with a connection to James are most welcome to attend. Please could we ask that you let the OB Office know at obclub@bedfordschool.org.uk if you will be attending, and how many will be in your party, as the family would like to have an indication of numbers for planning purposes.
