The Bedford School Golf team came fourth in this year’s Independent Schools Golf Association (ISGA) National Finals, held at Prince’s Golf Club and Royal St George’s on the 23 and 24 April 2017.

After day one, at Prince’s Golf Club, Bedford were in sixth place thanks to a 2 over par from Harry combined with a 3 over par from Matt (Byron also shot an impressive 5 over, but this didn’t count in the points for the day).
On the second day, at Royal St George’s, Byron shot 3 over par and Harry a 5 over par to propel us into fourth place overall. On an individual basis, Harry Brown came 11th overall and Byron Tan came 13th; both were awarded gold medals, and Matt Hosking came 31st and was awarded a bronze medal
Congratulations to all the boys on their superb performances in yet another national golf final for the school.
