Support for our local community is evident right across the school, whether it’s our Prep School boys raising funds and awareness for their chosen house charity, our IB boys undertaking crucial conservation work in Bedford’s Priory Park or our recent pilot which has seen 25 Lower Sixth Form boys making their mark by going into local primary schools to help teach reading, music and even Mandarin.

It was therefore wonderful to see a group of Upper Sixth Form boys voluntarily give up their time over half term to help at a local charity farm. Larch Farm, which belongs to the Luna Animal Rescue Community Haven, is in the process of sorting out the farm so that it can be a resource for the local community. The five boys spent four hours helping clear and sort the site.
