At Bedford school, we seek to raise good people first and foremost; and then allow them to flourish as academics, as sportsmen, as artists and, above all, as themselves in a supportive and ambitious atmosphere.
To support these objectives our two main fundraising areas of focus are the Estate Masterplan and the provision of bursaries and scholarships.

Bedford School is committed to widening access by offering fee assistance in the form of bursaries to boys who ordinarily wouldn’t be able to have a Bedford education.

Estate Masterplan - Building for their Future
Our exciting plans will see the largest development since we moved to the current estate in 1891. The flagship of the redevelopment will be a new, state-of-the-art academic building situated on Burnaby Road, which will be home to subjects and careers of the future – maths, computer science, economics and business studies. It will also accommodate our community outreach and entrepreneurship hub.
