Peter worked for The British Antarctic Survey (BAS) , which is part of the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) and government funded Research Councils UK (RCUK). As former Head of HR, Peter was an executive team member managing 8 staff and a budget of £1.75m. In addition to HR accountabilities, Peter contributed to the strategic day to day operational management of BAS. Join Peter as he shares some of his fascinating stories.
